Once charged, simply inhale gently from the mouthpiece — the auto-draw activation engages the ceramic core heating element automatically. No buttons required.

A solid light during use means the device is active and heating. A solid light while plugged in means the battery is charging, and the light turns off once fully charged. If the LED flashes twice, you've hit the 10-second draw timer — pause briefly before your next draw. Flashing 10 times indicates low battery. A solid light for 2 seconds signals a short circuit — try removing and reinserting the cartridge. Three flashes when you unplug means the device has disconnected from the charger.

Connect the USB-C cable to the charge port located at the bottom of the device and plug it into any standard USB power source. The LED will glow solid while charging and turn off when the 240mAh battery is fully charged. The device uses a USB-C port for quick, reliable charging.

Blow gently from the bottom of the device to activate the preheat function and loosen any thick oil blocking the airpath. You can also try warming the cartridge briefly between your hands before use. Clogging is more common in cold temperatures — store your device at room temperature and upright to help prevent it.

Store your device upright in a cool, dry place at a moderate temperature — ideally between 40°F and 85°F. Avoid leaving it in your car, in direct sunlight, or in extremely cold environments. Temperature swings can cause the oil to expand or contract, leading to clogs or leaks. Use a protective case or cover to prevent debris from entering the mouthpiece.

Follow all applicable laws regarding transportation of filled cartridges. Drastic elevation changes during air travel can disrupt the pressure-seal balance, potentially causing leaks. If you do fly, keep the cartridge upside down so the oil doesn't get pushed through the atomizer. Always follow local and state regulations regarding cannabis products.

The device has a built-in 10-second draw timer that will flash twice when reached. This protects the atomizer and ensures consistent vapor quality. Clearing an entire cartridge in one sitting is not recommended — extended or chain vaping can impact flavor and oil quality. Let the cartridge cool for a few minutes between draws for the best experience.

Wipe the mouthpiece and connection area periodically with a cotton swab dipped in 90%+ isopropyl alcohol to remove any oil residue. Allow the area to dry completely before using the device. Do not submerge the device in water or any liquid. Keep the mouthpiece free of pocket lint and debris by using a protective cap or case when not in use.
